The Good And Bad Things About Hive
Hive like any other social network has it's ups and downs and we must say that every thing that have good sides always have bad sides too. This article is In responds to this prompt from Indian United.

I have many things to talk about hive, but time will not permit. Hive is indeed a good platform to start with, I mean It is easy to get on-boarded and begin to earn. Hive is simple to follow and understand. you can access the platform through many front-ends, and there are so many applications being developed on daily basis, giving us that hope of a better future of this chain.
So many things to enjoy about Hive. I mean; one can earn even with comments, up-voting others and getting upvoted, plus earning from staked Hive by 4% APR. So basically, everything on this chain earns you reward.
But let's discuss the bad side of this chain. We can't pretend to be satisfied with the curation level on this platform, I mean things are not really good here. There are too many people not getting support for their post. It's seem like upvotes are meant for a particular kind people. The worse is if you discovered the chain all by yourself without being on-boarded by a friend who have being in here for decades, and you do not have the money to invest in Hp, I mean good money to invest in Hp that can easily make you noticeable, the chances of your success here is close to zero.
You will need extra energy and engagement to be recognize by very few people, but still support isn't guaranteed. Hive curation system is not satisfying. Maybe there are more to it, I don't know:) But if you are not lucky enough to find a community that supports their members, You will get tired and abandon your account. There are very few communities here that support their members. I mean very few.
Hive can become a very great platform, if everyone is being support to become a curator also. My conclusion here is that, Hive needs more curators (and investors) that are not self-centered. Thanks!
My brother you've captured it well. Very few selected people are privileged here on hive while the majority are regarded as second class citizens. Lack of support from curators have made lots of people abandoned their hive account. I just wish they can look into this aspect.
