In the video, it was a random question at the end of a signing. It was just one of the questions from the media. I couldn't see who asked.
Anonymous is a hacker group who have been very active politically and have been a source of startling information. They have been involved on esoteric chat boards with another mysterious character named Q who seems to be deep in the administration and who often gives cryptic information about things going on behind the scenes. No one knows the identities of the actual people involved but it's been noted before that president Trump may know and even be involved in the information releases.
