Bread

Hello!

Lately I've been adding some interesting stuff to my skillset, like baking bread. It's kinda fun, because I can experiment relatively easily.

This one has glögg in it, so it's supposed to be a Yule bread. At least it has a tad of a fragrance to it, even if it just tastes like a bread.

I had a bit of a challenge to learn how to create and keep the sourdoughs alive as that too was somewhat of an experiment for me.

Anyway, this was maybe my tenth bread. (I wasn't able to keep count after I forgot my bread diary at my father's place.) Most of them were pretty good if not counting the first one, and I'm not going to tell about that one. ;)
