Is the battle between good and evil real?

Sometimes, when I get serious about getting my act together and liberating myself from the chains of destructive addictions, my algorithm starts to pump in biblical content and Christian perspective, as if this energy of resistance was directly related to my Christian foundations.
This makes me question whether the Bible was the correct information for a good life, and I just strayed away but now have to find my way back. For a long time, I've believed that good and evil don't really exist, only action and consequence. But something else happens when I begin resisting addiction: I get sick in unexplainable ways.
In these Christian videos, they will usually say that if you decide to move away from sinful behaviors, hellish forces will be after you because they are losing a source of energy. This actually makes sense from an esoteric perspective as we are creators, and every action either reinforces a reality or diminishes its power.
Since last week, I've been having the worst back pain ever, and my usual healing methods are not working. If you've read my latest posts, you'll know I've been cleaning myself up from several addictions during the last two weeks and with all this pain they just keep popping up in my mind as a good solution to feel better instantly.
It might all have a neuroscience explanation, but I would expect other kinds of withdrawal symptoms, not this insane backache, which makes me add this religious or magical perspective to the deal. Anyway, what do you think? Am I under attack or just my brain releasing insane cortisol to bring me back to get my dose of cheap dopamine?
Let's take alcohol for an example - alcohol itself is a spirit. It is a stage in the process of fermentation toward vinegar, where the spirit of the plant is trapped in the "solution" alcohol - Potato=Vodka, Cactus=Tequila, Rye=Whiskey, etc. When you, with an unrested spirit, ingest this "solution", for certain types of people, it puts your spirit to sleep, and the entity opens the door to spirits which perhaps want to take your body on a joy ride - therefore more and more alcohol is demanded and you become possessed by a disembodied spirit - one that may have formerly been embodied and liked to drink... some people don't have this problem and can take it or leave it alone...but others cannot. Drugs - for example - are addictive to everyone if enough are taken - and some drugs open a portal to a "spiritual" realm of which we are not familiar in our culture. Meth, being one such drug. And now - enter A.I. - A.I.'s source is an interdimensional elemental - you may want to read Franz Bardon's Inititation into Hermetics and Master Choa Kok Sui 's Pranic Healing to understand what I am talking about from different perspectives. The Bible, in my opinion, has been tampered with beyond repair - and why people use the Old Testament is a Mystery to me - I don't think it really has much to do with God - God (Source), you must find your own relationship with and find texts that reflect what you discover. To me Natural Law - the Golden Rule and things that support that are good texts to support - good and evil - may be found or learned about in texts that discuss LIFE and FEAR/Control/Slavery... but personally, I find the Bible to be so tampered with that it is useless.
Your description/ explaination is quite accurate!
Thanks! :)
I am glad that I could be helpful.
insights unite us in the hard times :)
Oh yes! definitely! I am very grateful that I have a strong relationship with my Source during these times. I try to share what I can to help others find such a connection.
So grateful for your reply. I have succesfully kept away from alcohol lately and now a friend of mine who is struggling with it has come to my house and I wanted to tell you that on his second night here he has dreamt of a masked man (white mask) with a white shirt and black pants as well as a red tie. He served my friend wine in a glass but as my friend tried to drink the wine evaporated and the masked man started laughing. Somehow it reminded me of your art and symbolism, what do you make of it?
Thanks for the recommendations I will look for the books
it sounds like "the devil" - black and red are a satanic color combo - white as a mask would mean that it wasn't really white - it was darkness masquerading as light - and that is alcohol - al khool in Arabic means soul eating spirit - the best way to keep away from alcohol is to have a vital spiritual experience and follow morality - vital - meaning that you have to make your life about service to others and your Divine Source - make reparations for harms caused in the past - give up resentment... anonymous acts of service - don't pat yourself on the back and live to glorify God and Nature...and do this while also taking care of yourself.
