Removing Plastic Waste From Paradise Beach /// INDIA

Lately, we have seen a lot of people talking about polluted beaches and environment in general.
As we are truly lovers of our mother nature, we decided not cry about how dirty everything is, we put a little bit of effort, bought some necessary stuff and started to clean up one of the beaches in India.
Paradise beach is really beautiful, but when you see a lot of garbage you don’t feel yourself like in paradise anymore. WE CHOSE TO MAKE THE FIRST STEP TOWARDS OUR NATURE and make it happen!
You ask why do we care about it?
- We want to enjoy fresh water, air and green nature;
- We want to leave a healthier planet to our children, full of jungles, forests, animals and NO PLASTIC WASTE;
- We want all the animals that we share our home planet with to have clean habitats;
- We DO NOT WANT future generations to ask us why haven’t we done anything to save our only home, EARTH;
If you are saying that everything is not that bad, then check latest reports about how polluted our planet is, or go traveling and see it with your own eyes.
Only with true love to mother nature we can help her!
IT DOESN’T COST ANYTHING TO KEEP ENVIRONMENT CLEAN. Just take your rubbish with you and throw it into a bin.

I hate the hand that comes out of a car and just drops litter in the street. I hate that! For some reason, it just fills me with fury! It's just utter laziness, lack of interest in other people, lack of interest in the planet, in the hedgehog who might eat the plastic bag, it's a lack of concern...

Well, the only thing we can do with people like that, is to try and educate them. Unfortunately too many people deiced to be deaf, blind and thus ignorant. Together we can change this.
This is really a good initiative took by you two, taking care of mother earth, nobody does it these days, all of us want to my our living better and no one cares about Mother Earth. We Indians are very careless, who deposits this much of plastic trash on the beach, its really annoying.

Proper good beach clean up guys! Really rewarding to do this sort of thing in a beautiful place! I've done the same in Greece and despite being shocking and a little bit angry- you find the weirdest of things in the rubbish!
Yeah, cleaning the beaches is our favorite thing, because whenever you feel hot or tired you can go for a swim, hahaha.
Oh, tell me about it, sometimes it just makes us funny. After our cleaning we could open a shoes store...

This is extremely a decent activity took by both of you, dealing with mother earth, no one does it nowadays, every one of us need to my our living better and nobody thinks about Mother Earth. We Indians are extremely thoughtless, who stores this quite a bit of plastic waste on the shoreline, its extremely irritating.
It is extremely irritating indeed, but together we can achieve more. If more people will do activities like this and community will reward this activity, hundreds if not thousands of beaches will become cleaner.
it is a very big project it needs to have a recycling plant where we can recycle the material and reuse it in different forms
Hopefully one day we will grow big enough to have our own recycling plant.
You are doing an extremely great job, we should say no to pollution and when it comes to adore that in our daily life, we simply lack any interest and take it so casually.
When someone like you take up this initiatives then it really motivates a lot.
Along with that we should be proactive and not to spread litters and we should be little organized so that this sort of things can kept at bay with proactive measures.

Thanks for your great comment! Indeed, all it takes to keep everything clean is not to throw litter on the roads, beaches parks and so on. Unfortunately people are mostly ignorant and thus we have to spend more effort to clean it again, but it doesn't mean it's not possible. Together we can achieve everything!

Marine currents play a major role in the movement of plastic waste and its spread in the oceans.
Every year about 8 million metric tons of plastic ends up in the ocean... it's very sad

When low tide this where I sit and just feel the fresh sea breeze. So relaxing! Knowing that what I have at the back of my place is clean. 😊😊😊

Each one of us can contribute to saving the mother earth from getting polluted in small ways. For example I have come across people - friends, family , acquaintances - who after eating a bag of chips or wafers just tend to throw away the empty packets . What I try at such times is ask them to throw the packets in the dustbin. Incase you cannot sight a dustbin I ask them to keep them inside their bags and throw it when they find a dustbin. Incase they say leave it casually we can ask them to give the packet to you and then you can throw it later. These are very small thing but next time , they will think about it and may be do the same thing. Good going. I hope others find inspirations from you guys and take more initiatives.

We were discussing the islands of waste in the oceans, but when I thought about you my heart rate dipped.
Wow.thumbs up.i did a similar thing in my local stream traveled to the village after many years and visited the stream i aleays went to as a child.the sight wasn't good.I organised some young people who came home for the festivity and we yanked alot of stuff for two days.these gifts from nature has to be treated with care.imagine alife some day where we don't have them.nice goal @extremeromance

This is great initiative. Just crazy ho some people don't have sense for the preservation of nature.
I was on the trip with my friend dear to me. He was driving and anything he would eat or drink the package goes straight through the window.
We have few friends like that too, but if they would do anything like that in front of me, i would slap them. :) The only thing we can do is try and educate them, even at the cost of loosing friendship, because don't like to be told what to do.

At the moment we are moving South, in direction of Sri Lanka, but if we will change our plans, we will definitely contact you and do something together.

Actually, today in Boracay beach, there is a general cleaning and it is close for 6 months. I am happy for the concern of our govrnment.

I am from the Philippines. I have noticed in the beaches and in the streets only very few people show concern about maintaining the cleanliness of the place they stayed in. I can really relate with what you are doing. I will tell my classmates and friends about saving the earth. I am so happy that our president, president Duterte has a great command to bring back our Boracay beach into a paradise island.
