Pokemon TCG - Prize Pack Series Nine Reveal

Around every six months, there is a new edition of Prize Pack Series booster packs that you can get from local card stores hosting Pokemon Leagues.
These booster packs are not for retail sale nor for resale. (Some people break this by reselling on ebay) The packs can be earned depending on the store's prizing allocation. Some stores give one for free when you pay your tournament fee or you have to win some games to earn one.
The Prize Packs feature mostly playable cards for competitive play from past sets. They have a Play Pokemon Stamp on it. There are exclusive holographic and non-holographic versions of the cards. Some players like to have these cards in their deck because shiny stuff looks cool. For me, I am not too obsessed with it.
The new Prize Pack Series is Prize Pack Series Nine. Cards from this edition are from Phantasmal Flames, Ascended Heroes and Perfect Order. Reprinted cards from Ascended Heroes in particular are helpful as special sets like Ascended Heroes are high in demand due to scalpers entering the space.

Reprints of Meowth ex help a lot. This is a staple card for almost any deck. Being able to search for any Supporter card from deck when you Bench this Meowth ex is very powerful. At launch, the price of Meowth ex was 20 CAD but has dropped down to something around 7 CAD per copy. Even though the price has gone down, they are hard to find.
In this set, there are not so many playable cards other than Meowth ex. There are Mega Pokemon ex but most Megas are not that playable. What seems good are these one in my opinion:
