Mango Delight 🥭

Hello everyone.
I am here with another Dessert Recipe.
Its my favorite Mango Delight. As I posted recently about Coffee Delight. Its almost the same with little difference. It is veryrefreshing and creamy made with sweet ripe mangoes, smooth Custard and thick cream vry yummy for summer days. You can made itr family gatherings, parties and birthdays.

1. Milk 1.5 liters
2. Vanilla Custard powder
3. Cream 1 pack
4. Condensed Milk
5. Mango chunks
6. Biscuits
7. Sugar
8. Melted butter.

Method

---

Boil the milk.

Add Custard powder

Add sugar according to taste

Let the custard thicken and then turn off the flame

Prepare mango chunks and mango puree

When ts custard is cooled down add 1 pack of cream and whisk until smooth

Assemble the delight

Its time for layering

First add crushed biscuits with melted butter in the dish

Add mango chunks

Add the custard mixture and condensed milk one by one layer wise

Add puree

Again repeat the layers add add final mango chunks and pure to decorate

Cover with cling film and put inside refrigerator.
