Life, in many waysis a balancing act walking a tightrope and constantly juggling between work, home, money, health, and relationships. In a bid to accomplish our goals and to succeed on all fronts we often fail to understand the importance of having a balance in our life. Great post @dennischroeder sir.
I know, it's called The Flower of Life which is the name of a geometric figure composed of seven or more evenly spaced and superimposed circles. This figure, used as a decorative motif from time immemorial, forms a pattern similar to a flower with the symmetrical structure of a hexagon. The perfect form, proportion and harmony of the Flower of Life have been known by countless philosophers, architects and artists around the world. The pagans considered that it was sacred geometry that contained ancient religious values, representing the fundamental forms of space and time. Figures as prominent as Leonardo da Vinci have attributed a special meaning to the Flower of Life and to three similar symbols, called the "Egg of Life," the "Fruit of Life," and the "Seed of Life." The "Egg of Life" is said to form the basis for music since the distances between the spheres are identical to the distances between the tones and the nusical halftones. It is also identical to the cellular structure of the third embryonic division (the first cell divides into two cells, then into four cells and then into eight).

The balance in life, just like a bike that will not go well if the rider can not balance his bike, the consequence falls.
Not much different in life.
All are required to be balanced and not excessive. Eating and drinking is recommended not excessive, sleep is recommended not excessive, exercise also should not be excessive. According to the needs of man himself.
Maintaining a balance between work and personal life is a big challenge.
We must set the time so that no side of life is sacrificed. In the midst of a heavier life, dividing time between work, family, friends, and time for self-actualization is not easy.
If you can not divide the time well, one can be vulnerable to stress, unhappiness, and even decreased productivity.
Balance is key. Balance is a virtue. Balance is next to godliness, maybe. We should all aspire to better balance. Too much of what is said in this world is one-sided, and we need more balance - in our speech, in our music, in our art, in everything.
Our daily life is filled with electronic pianos, ring tones, the disembodied voice giving you your bank balance over the telephone. Even silence can be electronic, courtesy of sound-canceling headphones.
I have a feeling of complete balance. The sea, the house, the loneliness, the light. Everything is clearer. Much more precise. I have the feeling that I am living on a limit, and I'm crossing that limit sometimes.
A career path is rarely a path at all. A more interesting life is usual a more crooked, winding path of missteps, luck and vigorous work. It is almost always a clumsy balance between the things you try to make happen and the things that happen to you.

I think time is the key to life balance.
We can make a plan with concrete media instead of plotting on the head.
So, therefore, balance the time to balance life.

I think that it's just about balance, keeping myself centered, and being happy and healthy.
