Step-by-Step Guide to Assembling a TV Stand Fireplace

Compliments of the season to this great community. It’s been a while since I last posted here, and it feels good to be back.
I worked with the organization for six months, during which I gained hands-on experience and a strong understanding of assembling the items.

All office chairs, office tables, game tables, game chairs, TV stands, and other items are packed in cartons and require assembly by the assembler.

First steps to take Prepare Your Workspace
Choose a flat, clean surface such as a tiled floor or firm ground. Spread cardboard protect the panels from scratches. Arrange all parts neatly and confirm that all components—side panels, base, top marble board, shelves, fireplace unit, screws, and knobs—are complete before starting.

Step 2: Assemble the Base Frame
Lay the bottom base panel flat on the ground. Attach the left and right side panels to the base using
the provided screws. Ensure the grooves or decorative lines face outward. Tighten screws firmly but avoid over-tightening to prevent damage.

Step 3: Fix the Middle Support and Shelves
Install the middle vertical support panel to divide the cabinet space. This helps carry the weight of the fireplace. Secure any inner shelves or rails according to the instruction holes provided.

Step 4: Attach Cabinet Doors and Knobs
Fix the cabinet doors on both sides using the hinges. Adjust them so they open and close smoothly. Attach the gold knobs firmly for a balanced look.

Step 5: Fix the Top Panel
Lift and place the marble-finished top panel carefully onto the cabinet. Align edges properly and secure from the inside with screws.

Step 6: Install the Electric Fireplace Unit
Carefully slide the fireplace unit into the center opening from the front. Align it properly so it sits straight. Secure it using the mounting brackets or screws provided. Ensure the power cord is accessible at the back.

Step 7: Final Checks
Stand the unit upright. Check stability, clean off dust, and plug in the fireplace to test functionalities.
