Creekside

Hiking along Toby Creek, just past Grey Wolf golf course, a few photos to share from that splendid day of hiking last Fall. Located about thirty minutes southwest of Radium hot springs, British Columbia. Toby Creek runs through the Panorama ski resort area, and on to the Columbia river. During low flow times like this, pockets of water get trapped or separated from the main creek/river flow, forming these interesting and photogenic pools. Well thanks for stopping by, and have a great evening.

The stream seems quite strong there, and that mud, it seems fused metal? 🤔

Just looks like that, but it does create very abstract patterns.

the mud on the edge looks interesting, are there any fish in the mud?

I did not look closely, but there very well could be tiny minnows in there.

Beautiful shots as well, are people allowed to fish in these areas, considering that this looks quite like there would be be fishes here?
