A lil but of Rice, Chicken, Corn.....and

Almost burnt my tongue. Ill admit, this isnt quite my recipe, but my moms. Its simple, tasted good, and it is settling in my stomach now as i type. Usually i also throw in some Salsa, as this can be considered a Chicken Bowl, type of meal. I had some Orange pepper, not really too spicy but quite delicious, although i already ate all of it so theres none left. This is actually some leftover from yesterday and for whatever reason is todays inspiration for my post....

Theres the finished photo but lets throw a couple more in to break down some basic ingredients here....

First.....we got the chicken that i like to chop up a bit more because like the restaurants, i love when its a bit more shredded up instead of bigger pieces.

Now, by the time i took that picture there was already the next ingredient....

corn

Yup, good ol Corn, but lets get that Rice out here....i aint even playin....

Throw it in there, wish i had that orange pepper.... none left.

Now, to warm up. Yup, microwave, i hate it too. But once in a while, gotta do what you gotta do.

Throw some cheese on top though....

And there ya go. Simple, i want to put salsa too, but im going to sleep soon, and want it simple.
