A beer in the Captains Ship...

Well, this is what this picture got transformed into. Im still new to a.i stuff, and even my usual editing thing on samsung changed a little. It reminds me of a space ship.

But im just chillin on this fine #beersaturday, drinkin 1 for the boys.

2 Hearted Ale

Its actually the same beer i posted about couple weeks ago. My coworker got this for me for my birthday by chance, she didnt even know i had made that post about it too. I had drank one of these at the bar that i go to as well, its 1 that i get once in a while.

So i brought it with me, to my friends house today, so i can crack it open. He has a new grill, that he needs to setup, and has some food prepared, so im just chillin outside on the balcony, typing this post up.

And theres some picture of the food, some strawberry and some corn, cant go wrong.

But heres comes a random shot...

Its....

Monkey Shoulder....

A scotch whiskey...

And it did not go down so smooth, or im just not beastly enough to just take it down that easily.

I can appreciate a liquor, but after a little baby shot of this stuff, im done. Its good, i can respect it, but im done now. Back to chillin on this balcony.

Waiting for some other friends to arrive, but its been a few days since last post, and feels like a good time to get 1 up, had past couple days off of work, and had some time to catch up on sleep. My body and brain is in need of rejuvenation due to working nights.

But i will just finish up here, the food will get started up and i can get more pictures of that, but i feel like id just be ramblin. Its always good to get a post up, keep this place buzzin.

Looks like some great grilling and some good beer! I happen to like Monkey Shoulder, it's not bad for a blended Scotch. It's not the smoothest stuff out there, but it tastes pretty good. It's a good think to be a light weight on liquor, lot of empty calories! lol

I did respect the after taste actually, but a straight shot going down, eeehhhhh. Just dont go down so easy for me. Made me think i can go on the rocks, or mix. Im askin for trouble with straight shots, i actually had a bad stomach ulcer almost 18 years ago lol.

I don't think I ever tried Monkey Shoulder.

Back when I was a (cough cough um, of age) a little younger I did pound back some 151 --- I do not recommend. 151 has an ABV of 75% if memory serves me right.
