Welcome to the Eccentric Street Characters Drawing Challenge The new season is stirring in the city meet the first quirky characters appearing on sidewalks and corners. Design the character/s at your own pace, one or more whenever inspiration strikes.

This week's characters:

1. The Daffodil Dream Weaver – a hooded figure draped in tattered silk, fingers trailing luminous threads that catch the pale March dawn; the threads twist into floating scarves that shimmer like sunlight, drifting above cobblestones while distant church bells toll

2. The Wind Song Composer – a wild haired singer in a patchwork coat stitched from autumn leaves that whirl endlessly around the body; purse lips to a bone flute, creating melodies that ripple lamp posts and send cherry blossoms spiraling in lively dance.

3. The Puddle Jump Orchestra Conductor – a flamboyant top-hatted bug, leaping gracefully from one puddle to the next; its baton summons tiny watery violins and thunderous bass drums, face alight with mischievous glee.

4. The Shamrock Shine Polisher – a shy emerald cloaked wanderer with plump cheeks and a velvet pouch bulging with clovers; crouched on cracked pavement, buffs each three-leafed gem with a cloth until it pulses vivid green, casting lucky glimmers that make passersby pause and smile.

5. The Baby Bird Flight Coach – a gentle, earth toned mentor perched cross-legged on a weathered park bench, arms outstretched like fragile wings; soft whistles escape cracked lips in the cool breeze

6. The Rainbow Seed Sower – a vibrant patchwork cloaked figure whose every step leaves a trail of dust; from a bulging satchel embroidered with gems, scatters glowing seeds that burst into miniature rainbows upon touching soil
