Peaches are my mother's favorite fruit so whenever I can I give her a gift, I think I'll go crazy with such big peaches.

I hadn't thought of peaches with salt but it sounds like a really great way to enjoy something that is naturally sweet. It's on my list now!!!!
Mmmm, that does look good. Sadly the deer and squirrels devastated the peach crop at my folks place this year. Off to the farmers market!

Having lived in the tropics for ten years we have eaten many dragon fruit. Unfortunately they don't grow here. Your plant looks really good!
