My Actifit Report Card: September 25 2026

We learn a great deal through life's experiences. Some lessons come from personal encounters, while others are learned by observing those around us.
Some experiences leave behind cherished memories, while others leave emotional scars. Both memories and wounds have their ups and downs, but what truly matters is how we perceive and accept them.
When someone drifts out of our lives, only their memories remain; yet, that isn't necessarily a good thing. Similarly, we often view painful experiences negatively, failing to realize that life uses them to teach us valuable lessons.
People often claim they can accurately judge others, yet they overlook the fact that a person's transformation might be the result of a strange twist of fate. We tend to judge based solely on what is visible to us or what we perceive, ignoring the underlying circumstances.
Someone might commit a wrong and evade justice, but they will inevitably face a setback in life—a concept we call "Karma." Some individuals continue to make the same mistakes despite their experience, showing no inclination to correct their ways; they are the ones who believe they have nothing left to learn.
True experience lies in learning from past errors—avoiding their repetition and using those insights to broaden our understanding. In workplaces, we often see employees with years of service who remain exactly as they were when they first joined—unchanged in their mindset or skills.
The only thing they master is the art of appeasing their superiors, relying on that tactic to sustain their entire career. When I see such people, I feel a mix of pity and anger—thinking about the high salary someone with that much experience draws.
When even half that amount would provide an opportunity for many others to work. After all, shouldn't we also consider whether we are truly justifying the salary we receive?
As for my day, I woke up early, freshened up, and went for a walk. Then came work, a break, and finally sleep—that was it for the day.
