My First Month on Hive: A Mix of Everything / Mi Primer Mes en Hive: Una Mezcla de Todo.

On April 5th, I took a step that I had been postponing for a while: I joined Hive. Almost 30 days have passed, and honestly, it has been a mix of everything — excitement, confusion, frustration, and a lot of desire to keep going.
When I first opened Ecency, I didn't understand anything. The wallets, the keys, the communities, the votes... it felt like learning a new language from scratch. There were moments where I wanted to close the app and not come back.
But something kept me here.
Slowly, I started to understand how this ecosystem works. I discovered that Hive is not just a social network — it's a community of real people who value authentic content. And that motivated me to stay.
I still have a lot to learn. I haven't mastered curation yet, I'm still figuring out how to grow, and some days I feel like I'm starting over. But 30 days in, I'm still here — and that already says something.

El 5 de abril di un paso que venía postergando: me uní a Hive. Han pasado casi 30 días y, honestamente, ha sido una mezcla de todo — emoción, confusión, frustración y muchas ganas de seguir.
Cuando abrí Ecency por primera vez, no entendía nada. Las billeteras, las llaves, las comunidades, los votos... se sentía como aprender un idioma nuevo desde cero. Hubo momentos en que quise cerrar la app y no volver.
Pero algo me mantuvo aquí.
Poco a poco fui entendiendo cómo funciona este ecosistema. Descubrí que Hive no es solo una red social — es una comunidad de personas reales que valoran el contenido auténtico. Y eso me motivó a quedarme.
Aún me falta mucho por aprender. Todavía no domino la curación, sigo descubriendo cómo crecer, y algunos días siento que empiezo de cero. Pero a 30 días de haber llegado, sigo aquí — y eso ya dice algo.
