Esta bonita tarde amigos les comparto una genial idea para hacer en casa con tus retazos, estaremos haciendo una sencilla pero bonita bandana para recoger el cabello adornada con perlas blancas,ya necesitaba la verdad hacerme una pues la que tenía se había estirado demasiado,así que he usado recortes que tenía en mi cesto de algunas telas que me quedaron de proyectos anteriores para hacerla ,si gustas aprender a hacer este modelo de banda drapeada te invito a que me acompañes en el proceso es súper fácil.

This lovely afternoon, friends! I'm sharing a great idea for a DIY project using your fabric scraps. We'll be making a simple yet pretty headband to tie back your hair, adorned with white pearls. I really needed to make one because the one I had had stretched out too much, so I used scraps I had in my basket from some fabrics left over from previous projects. Paso 01

El primer paso es conseguir un retazo de tela de aproximadamente 30-35 cm de ancho dependiendo de la circunferencia de la medida de la cabeza ,en este caso corté la mía de 33 cm de circunferencia osea el largo de la banda,el ancho es de 10 cm o menos como tú prefieras el ancho de la misma o lo que te alcance la tela.Pasaremos a coser entonces las piezas osea unirlas en este caso la uní ya que el ancho de mi tela era poquito y simplemente uní en un extremo con costura recta.

The first step is to get a piece of fabric approximately 30-35 cm wide, depending on the circumference of the head measurement. In this case, I cut mine to 33 cm in circumference, which is the length of the band. The width is 10 cm or less, depending on your preference or the fabric you have available. Next, we will sew the pieces together. In this case, since my fabric was quite narrow, I simply joined them at one end with a straight stitch.

Paso 02

He pasado a coser completamente la pieza verticalmente con costura recta por el borde dejando 1 cm de costura ,con ayuda de alguna herramienta que se te haga fácil voltear vamos a voltear la tela colocandola por el lado superior,luego vamos a ubicar los extremos sin coser uno encima del otro acomodando bien nuestra banda.

Step 02

I proceeded to sew the piece completely vertically with a straight stitch along the edge, leaving a 1 cm seam allowance. With the help of a tool that makes it easy for you to turn the fabric over, we will turn it over by placing it on the top side. Then we will place the unsewn ends one on top of the other, arranging our band well.

Paso 03

Después que ubicamos los extremos de la banda una encima de la otra vamos a doblar la de abajo hacia adentro y la otra de arriba encima de la que hemos doblado nos debe quedar una encima de la otra con vista en reversa para hacer el diseño drapeado de la banda luego procedemos a coser las piezas así dobladas de manera que no se nos suelten.

Step 03

After we place the ends of the band one on top of the other, we will fold the bottom one inwards and the top one on top of the one we have folded. We should end up with one on top of the other with the reverse facing to make the draped design of the band. Then we proceed to sew the folded pieces together so that they do not come loose.

Paso 04

Reforcé la costura con zig-zag y luego voltee el diseño para que nos quede como la primera imagen luego tomaré las perlas y lo vamos a adornar ubicando las perlas salteadas,de esta manera terminamos la banda.

Step 04

I reinforced the seam with a zigzag stitch and then turned the design over so that it looks like the first image. Then I will take the pearls and decorate it by placing the pearls in a scattered pattern. In this way, we finish the band.
