Chaos legion prerelease packs

Can anyone confirm the rumors that pre release packs will only be able to be purchased according to how much sps you have staked? I can not wait for chaos legion to come out. And i want to be ready.

Yes, its been confirmed that you will need to have SPS stake to purchase chaos legion.
The amount of SPS staked per pack has not been announced yet
