That is to reiterate that from the very beginning intelligence itself was made effectively illegal as an emergent property of smaller ideas, and once in combination with so many other restrictions and expectations it easily breaches into a range of limitation bordering on overt hostility, which is a problem that compounds onto itself to manifest a vice that behaves like a coiling snake composed of people's programmed reactions and legalities, which means that from this point on:
