Deadlifts - Cultivating Old Man Strength
Finsihed up the week with deadlifts and overhead press. This session was four (4) sets of three reps with 265. The set in the video was the last set, grip didn't feel quite right so I reset for the last rep.
I finished up with five sets of five reps with standing overhead press, sometimes called millitary press.
Monday I will add another set of three reps.
I don't work myself up to lift, rather I attempt to stay in a state of relaxxed focus, and dial in the movement.
