Pasta con salsa 4 quesos

SALSA 4 QUESOS

 Ingredientes:

• Queso Ricota con sal 50grs
• Queso Azul 50grs
• Queso Parmesano 50grs
• Queso Provolonne 50grs
• Salsa bechamel.
• Leche liquida.

 Procedimiento:
1.- Se rallan todos los quesos y se mezclan amasando hasta formar una especie de pasta.
2.- En un bowl triturar el queso azul con la leche y reservar.
3.- En una olla se calienta la salsa bechamel cuando rompa a hervor agregar la mitad del queso ricotta y revolver con batidor globo, una vez fundido agregar la mitad de la mezcla de queso azul, una vez fundido, la mitad del queso parmesano, una vez fundido, la mitad del provolonne, repetir proceso de ser necesario.

Se ve muy delicioso jajaja, ahora se me apetece comer pasta, lastima que mis brackets y la pasta no se la llevan muy bien jeje, saludos!
