ONNOPRASHON-FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY

Onnoprashon or the rice ceremony which is a ritual among bengali. It means giving the first piece of rice to a six month old child which is believed to the blessing of god. It can be cooked as payasm( payesh) or can be prasad from Orissa's jaganath temple. This is an auspicious ceremony among my family and we celebraye it something like the pictures i wii share with u all my steemian family. Think u all will like it .
