Finance News and Regular People
The markets have been exciting for the past couple of weeks. Gold went up and down, BTC down, SPX down, interest rates and bonds go whatever. There's just so much stuff happening in the financial world but you won't get to hear much about it from an average person despite how these developments would shape their lives in the coming months to years.
I wouldn't call myself well informed about the financial markets. There's too many things to learn and so little time to make sense every sector it offers. I just know enough to enjoy what's been going on while the rest of my peers move on with their lives.
It's like have this taboo knowledge readily knowable in the open but people aren't interested in how things are developing. My country's GDP growth has bad projections, there's chaos in the market, inflation is making things worse, and the stock market looks like it's pricing in a bad news. But life goes on and people just keep going with their business.
I guess this is how scientists feels when their niche knowledge doesn't move crowds because of how complex the breakthrough is. The flashlight would have been a big game changer in medieval times but most people would not bother thinking about how the each part functions as a whole (same still applies today).
It's just amazing how such types of news don't really make it to mainstream despite the ripple effects these stories have influences everyone's lives.

Minorities and the work we do usually goes under the table, and precisely for this reason, great advances for humanity remain in the dark limited by bureaucracy or the power of another "minority" where power is concentrated. The reflection I make of this is how we continue to believe that what the majority decides (democracy) is the best.
I hope this does not make sense, that I am left-handed, left-wing or have some trace of that type of ideology, it is simply a random reflection, from someone very random.
Las minorías y el trabajo que hacemos, habitualmente pasa debajo de la mesa, y precisamente por eso, grandes avances para la humanidad permanecen en la oscuridad limitados por burocracia o el poder de otra "minoría" en donde se concentra el poder. La reflexión que hago de esto es como se sigue creyendo que lo que mayoría decida (democracia) es lo mejor.
Espero no se entienda con esto , que soy zurdo, izquierdista o tengo algún rastro de ese tipo de ideología, es simplemente una reflexión random, de alguien muy random.

Like with a lot of things I think most people don't care about higher level financial stuff because they can't see how it directly impacts them and even if they can and do understand that a lot probably believe that there's absolutely nothing at all they will ever be able to do and approach from that instead of working on what they could do.
Relatable. I wouldn't even know what to do if some NASA scientist found wood in some other planet. I know that's big news but nothing I could find useful on a daily basis.
