Dinsum and Thai Tea

This is my visit to a restaurant that has one of the Chinese style dishes prepared as a small bite-sized piece of food served in a small steamer basket or on a small plate. Dim Sum dishes are usually served with tea and together form a full tea brunch. Dim sum is traditionally served as a fully cooked and ready-to-serve dish.
