What I ordered VS what I received Been a victim?

Hello fellow hivers!
I'll be telling you my side of the awful story of the above title. So sometime ago, just after the lockdown was lifted in my country, I decided to shop a particular dress as the girls were planning on a night out. So, I placed an order for a nice slit jumpsuit I saw on a particular site, waited longer than the stipulated time for the order to arrive at my location.
Finally arrived, I was so excited, you could tell merely by looking at me that I was excited. Fast forward to my opening the dress, what I had in my hand was of the lowest quality and the dress didn't fit, the vendor gave me a total opposite of what I ordered for (my whole plan was ruined), but no! I went to my box and found a beautiful dress I've worn just once (my joy at the time was out of the world 💃🏼)
